Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure a secure transit.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Place your jewelry in its original packaging and secure it inside a shipping box to prevent damage during the return journey.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.
